Who We Are
Nimble Fingers Quilt Guild was begun in 1974 by Fay Goldey who invited a few friends to her home to quilt. Now with over 100 members, we are about to celebrate our 50th anniversary in 2024!
The monthly meeting features a lecture by a guest speaker or other educational program, a show of members’ work, and a short business session.
Community service is a priority and our guild sponsors several service projects such as making quilts and pillowcase for donation to various charitable organizations in the region. Last year we donated over 100 projects.
Membership is open to all interested persons upon payment of annual dues. In addition to the guild meeting, members can participate in Quilt4Others, attend retreats and borrow books from the Nimble Fingers library and participate in any Quilt Show hosted. If you are interested in joining Nimble Fingers, we invite you to attend a meeting, as our guest, before deciding. Click to here to see our Calendar.
